Dycam, Inc., a pioneer in digital camera technology, is pleased to announce special programs for owners of Logitech Fotoman and Fotoman Plus digital cameras:
Reconditioning Program:
Cameras Included:
Logitech Fotoman and Fotoman Plus
Base Service Plan:
-----1.  Initial testing and recalibration of camera
-----2.  Replacement (if necessary) of the two rechargeable NiCd batteries,
---------the Lithium battery, flash, and the flash capacitor
-----3.  2 day burn-in of camera, cleaning and repackaging for shipment
Extended Service Plan:
-----1.  Includes all services under the Base Service Plan
-----2.  Replace or repair any additional components
Turn Around Time:
15 working days
Warranty:
45 days for all parts except the circuit board which is 90 days
Pricing:
Base Service Plan -- $59.95
Base Service plus optical alignment -- $99.95


Base Service plus replacement of optical assembly -- $149.95
Circuit Board replacement -- additional $200, non refundable
Conditions of sales:
-----1.  There is no guarantee that the camera can be repaired
-----2.  If camera is in need of repair beyond the Base or Extended
---------Service Plans (over 2 1/2 hours), Dycam will provide a quotation for the repairs
-----3.  If camera is beyond repair, the following options are available:
-----------a.  Receive a refund or credit of $30 (net $29.95) on the base level service amount paid
---------------or toward the purchase of a new digital camera from Dycam's Digital Camera Store
-----------b.  Dycam will ship the defective camera back freight pre-paid via UPS
In-Warranty Service:
Customers with cameras still under warranty should contact Logitech for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Proof of purchase will be required.  The camera should then be sent to Logitech with the assigned RMA number and Logitech will forward the camera to Dycam for repair.  Customers pay freight in to Logitech and Dycam pays freight back to you.
Extended Warranty/Maintenance Program:
Duration:  One year, renewable
Type of Warranty:  Parts and Labor
Repair turn-around time -- 10 working days
Pricing:  $60/yr (only $5 per camera per month!)
